All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I was surprised that it came out better than I expected! What I bought was a regular rubber pad, but there was no edge finish. It took about 10 days from ordering to receiving, and the quality was quite good, so I plan to have it made again if I have the chance in the future.

Since it was my first time using it, I just set the image I wanted. I submitted the application and was very happy with it. The printing quality is really the best. I thought it would break, but it didn't. I'm afraid it will come out blurred and black. Even the parts I was worried about came out satisfactorily. I'll come back next time to drop off more items.
