All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

When the MT schedule was almost over, we had to decide to make t-shirts in a hurry, so we made a quick request. They gave us really meticulous feedback on each design, and they even delivered them quickly within 3 days of ordering! Everyone was satisfied, and when we wore the group t-shirts, our unity seemed to increase, which made the atmosphere even better. Thanks to them, we were able to take a lot of pretty pictures as a group on our trip. ㅠㅠ Thank you so much!! Maple is the best at making clothes!!!

I ordered this to wear at the Seoul Jazz Festival. It was sent quickly and all I had to do was wear it. I ended up not being able to wear it because the length of the length was altered on a tight schedule. It was a bit long, so I cut it short. The thickness of the t-shirt is thin, so it's good to wear in the middle of summer, but it's not too thin, so it's perfect because it doesn't show much of your underwear. I will continue to use Marpple more. Thank you!
