Washing method

  • You can dry clean or hand wash it separately.
  • Turn it over in cold water and wash it.
  • When using an iron, place a clean cloth on ironing surface and then iron the printed product.
  • After washing, dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

후드의 계절이 찾아와서 열심히 예쁜 후드를 찾아봤지만 맘에 드는 디자인도 없고 대부분 가격도 4만원대가 넘어버리니 너무 화가 난 나머지,, 두시간동안 열심히 프린팅 도안 만들어서 처음으루 주문제작이라는 걸 해봤.. 도안 화질이 낮아서 걱정했는데 선명하지 않게 제작될 수도 있다고 전화도 직접 주시고 친절하게 충분히 안내를 해주셨고 생각외로 충분히 선명한 퀄리티로 제작돼서 너무너무 만족스러워요! 다만.. 사이즈 미스로 제 키엔 너무 길지만,, 프린팅은 너무 만족스럽게 제작됐습니다 ㅜㅜ 다음엔 더 이쁜 도안 만들어서 또 주문제작 하고싶어요!! 키 158에 사이즈는 xl인데 엉덩이 다 덮는 길이!

꺅 안녕하세요! 커스텀 후드 제작 이벤트에 당첨되어서 예쁜 후드 선물받은 후기 남기러 왔어요☺ 후드 제작 전에 마플에서 전화로 앞면 그림에 살짝 녹색빛이 돌 수 있고 뒷면 점자 부분 크기가 작아서 잘 보이지 않을 수 있다고 말씀해주셨었는데, 직접 받아서 보니까 빛에 요리조리 비춰보지 않으면 거의 티 안나고 점자도 깔끔하게 잘 인쇄됐어요!👍🏻 리뷰에서 사이즈 한치수 크게 했으면 좋다는 후기 참고해서 제일 큰 사이즈로 했는데 키가 작은 저는 완전 원피스같아서 맘에 쏙 들어요!!😆 재질도 싸구려 원단 느낌이 아니라 맨들맨들한 촉감이라 좋습니다..!! 진짜 기대한만큼 잘 나와서 넘 좋아요ㅠㅠ 예쁘게 만들어주셔서 감사합니다! 잘 입을게요😊💕
