All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

Spent with my own money. Wow, the clothes I wanted were sold out, so I made the pattern myself and commissioned it. This quality at this price?? Isn't that insane??? I am seriously, seriously, seriously, seriously satisfied. As soon as I received it, I was more than 100 times more satisfied than I expected. However, based on my measurements of 183cm/75kg, I had it made over a Gildan t-shirt, and it feels a bit boxy? I think an L would be fine, so I plan to make another one to give as gifts to my friends.

I really liked that there were so many different designs to choose from, and there were plenty of characters that weren't tacky at all! The size was way, way bigger than I expected, so I reordered one size smaller! I hope you all think carefully about your size before purchasing.

I wear a size 105, so I'll order an XL next time. Whenever I travel, there are never any nice designs available, and I'm too clumsy to make them myself, so I really make good use of this service.
