Washing Method

  • Can be dry-cleaned or hand-washed separately.
  • When washing silk/printed products, turn it inside out and wash it in cold water.
  • When using an iron, place a clean cloth on ironing surface and then iron the printed product.
  • After washing, dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

I personally did embroidery work on a hood a couple of months ago, and I was satisfied with the way it came out so neatly that I also worked on the company's summer group uniform. At that time, what was the connected part between letters? It was clean without anything, but this time it has everything. I didn't take a picture, but the stitches were already sticking out of the back. The most disappointing thing is that the embroidery position is noticeably different from the original design. I didn't ask for exactly where to do it, but I intentionally uploaded the image to match the end of the button line, so I didn't really ask for more, but it was done a long way up. Since I didn't request it, I can't say it's defective... but I wish they had confirmed the actual color and also confirmed the location. If I do it again next time, I'll have to write it down accurately.
