All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

I bought an XL, but the fit is not as loose as I thought. Fair Play Essentials Hooded Zip-Up < I bought this before, but I think this one is boxier and has better fleece and quality. I changed the color because it was out of stock, but it's a shame. +I put it on as soon as I received it, but there was contamination on the back of my hand.

I bought it as a birthday present for a friend. First of all, the printing was neat and well done, but perhaps because the base price was low, it felt definitely thinner than the hooded zip-ups I usually wear. Perhaps because I attached several photos, the price came out to be a little over 40,000 won. From now on, I will just reduce the number of photos to print and order a thicker and more expensive hoodie zip-up.

I made it using an in-game image, and even the thin lines came out very precisely. One image was too small, so I made it as clear as possible in Photoshop. I was worried that it would come out blurry due to my limited ability, but contrary to my concerns, I was able to confirm that it was printed well. Marpple makers always pay attention to quality, so I have high expectations every time I order. It's a little disappointing to hear that embroidery processing is not possible, but thanks to the hard work of the counselors who kindly provided advice and the Marpple makers who always maintain the highest quality, it seems that good products are being made. Thank you for always.
