Product Info

It is a compact, lightweight jacket with padding that can be worn inside or outside. After winter, you can wear it from late autumn through spring. Since the surface repels water, light precipitation, snowfall, and contaminants do not easily penetrate it. The filler cannot escape or clump because of the real polyester elon bag.

Washing Method

Hand wash or dry cleaning recommended
When washing the printed product, turn it inside out and wash it in cold water.
When using an iron, place a clean cloth on ironing surface and then iron the printed product.
For detailed washing methods, refer to the handling precautions label on the inside of the garment.
After washing, dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.

Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.
