All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

It came out pretty well. Since it's a cat drawing, the design team contacted me to discuss the outline processing because of the fur, and the customer center handled the size change well, so it was worth the wait. The only regret is that the quality of the T-shirt was rougher than I thought, so I wish there was a detailed description of what each stitch felt like.

I am so so satisfied with it :) The printing is so good and the quality of the T-shirt is really good!!! The size is not too big and fits well! It's a little oversized, I guess? If you want a good quality short sleeve, I recommend making it with Champion T-shirts!!!!

I edited and attached it on my phone and had fun for the first time in a while!
