All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I started with dark gray to wear lightly on snowy and rainy days in the winter. I decorated the boring looking dark gray with reflective text. The material is stronger than I thought, and the dark gray color and semi-glow text go well together. ^^ I heard that night clothes come in a large size, so I ordered size S. It's a good thing I looked at the badge. For a height of around 158-159, the semi-overfit fit was exactly what I wanted. ^^ I will wear it carefully. ^^

Production method, employee response, production period, printing quality There was nothing missing. You were very satisfied!!! Since it is unisex, size S is an oversized fit for women! I am short so it felt bigger, but I think women should buy size S and it would be enough!

The clothes are pretty, but they're too big so I'm not sure if I can wear them. Since I personally added a dark and black design, there's no way I can exchange or refund... Thanks to your hard work on the phone, the design came out well. It's not Marpple's fault, but it would be nice to have something like a real Marpple offline store. I'd go and try on the clothes and then decide. I wish they would do the same thing.
