Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I am a busy dog owner taking care of my dog. The beige is darker than expected, but Very cute. My dog is a black dog, but his eyes are black, so he can't see well haha. I thought I should have applied for embroidery, but I am satisfied because I think printing would have been better.

The embroidery was done neatly, and the size seems to be slightly large, not too big! The material is so sturdy that it looks like it can be used for a long time! We ordered bucket hats for our group, and everyone is satisfied and wearing them beautifully!

The fabric material is better than I thought and the print quality is also good. However, I wish the printing position was a little lower... but it seems like the limit is set a little high. I wish this would be included in seller products as well. I'm also a seller... I didn't know there was a sample purchase so I bought it as a regular purchase haha. I like bucket hats, but... they're not in the seller's product list ㅠㅠ

I ordered flowers and lettering embroidery, and it came out neat and pretty. They told me in advance that the eyes and mouth inside the flower would be a bit blurry, so I received it and tried to draw it. However, the size of the hat tends to be a bit large, so it is still big even when the band is turned twice.
