Washing Method

  • Can be dry-cleaned or hand-washed separately.
  • When washing the printed product, turn it inside out and wash it in cold water.
  • When using an iron, place a clean cloth on ironing surface and then iron the printed product.
  • After washing, dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

I'm glad that the printing went so smoothly!!! I was told they did it with a digital transfer, but it doesn't seem to pop up and it looks as natural as the printing on the original clothes. The consultation was good and the material of the tee is good. I am very satisfied!!!

The clothes arrived faster than expected After reading other reviews, I thought it would take about 2 weeks, but I received it in 5 days! The quality of the clothes was good, probably because it was Pepple. The printing quality feels pretty good. Maybe it's because of the fabric, but it's a little rough and there are a lot of areas here and there that seem empty. I actually liked the image because it had a noise effect on purpose. If you want a clear and clean look, we recommend making it with other clothes! Overall I am satisfied, but there was one thing that was disappointing. There was a large, light-colored square in the center of the garment, possibly due to a mark made during production. Maybe it will come off when washed? Other than this, everything is good~

December 25, 2019 I ordered a printed T-shirt with a photo taken on a special day. It looks darker and clearer when printed on a t-shirt than just a smartphone photo, and matches better than any picture frame. People around me ask me to make it for them because they think it's pretty, but it's a waste of clothes to share with people who don't have memories. I am very satisfied as the quality is such that I can just hang it up without wearing it.
