To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I made this to show off to my little ones. I sent it to them after a quick look, but the person in charge took great care with things like adjusting the position, so it came out beautifully. Due to the printing peeling issue, I recommend washing gently and not tumble drying.

I made a T-shirt with my doodles. The quality is fantastic, and the cotton is my favorite material, which makes it even better! Color is always a concern and a concern when making merchandise, but the gradient and vibrant colors turned out really well, and I'm absolutely thrilled! I wasn't expecting the gradient to look natural, so I wasn't expecting much, but it turned out so beautifully. ㅜㅜ!! Most importantly, the shirt is so soft and comfortable that I'm going to make a few more to wear on trips with friends! *This review was written after actually using the product I received as part of the Maple Supporters program.

I've already purchased 18 custom t-shirts from Maple this year. I loved them so much. After one wash, the print faded to the point where all the details were gone. I was so happy, but I was also very disappointed. Of course, it's probably a washing issue, but I've washed previous t-shirts in the same way, and while the image didn't fade to this degree, it's probably best not to use the washing machine. If the print feels smooth and flat to the touch, it's probably best not to use it in the washing machine.

아직도 이 티셔츠가 이렇게 잘 나온 게 믿기지 않아요! 친구 생일 선물로 맞추려고 저랑 제 친구가 인쇄 업체를 정말 열심히 찾아다녔거든요. 거의 포기할 뻔했는데 마지막 순간에 마플을 발견했어요! 그때 진짜 너무 행복했어요 ㅎㅎ 디자인도 자유롭고 쉽게 할 수 있었고요. 마플 팀도 정말 꼼꼼하게 챙겨주셔서, 색상이 조금 달라질 수 있다거나 티셔츠에 넣은 이모지를 사이즈 조정해야 한다는 것도 직접 전화로 알려주셨어요. 그런데 막상 받아보니 제가 디자인한 그대로였어요! 완벽 그 자체였고, 친구도 너무 좋아했답니다 🥹 마플 감사합니다! 정말 최고예요 👍 *** I still can't believe how well this t-shirt came out. Me and my friend were searching tirelessly for a printing company that we could use to design this t-shirt for our friend's birthday. I almost gave up but at the last minute we found Marpple! I was so happy! I could design everything freely and easily. The Marpple team is also so meticulous with their work, they even called to let us know there may be some slight colour differences and they would need to resize some of the emojis on the t-shirt. But when it arrived, it looked exactly as I had designed it! It was simply perfect and our friend loved it! Thank you Marpple! Amazing work!
