Printing information
Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

This is my second order and the embroidery is more neat than last time. But the delivery was so late. I ordered on October 21st and it arrived on November 10th. It's a bit... When I ordered last time, it arrived within a week. I waited for two weeks and contacted customer service, but they just told me that it would take a long time because it was handmade... I know they had their own circumstances, but it's a shame that they just finished it and sent it to me quickly without an apology or any other measures.

I was truly satisfied with the thick material and soft fit. The custom print was clearly expressed, so I don't have to worry about color fading even after long-term wear. I ordered this before, and it fits well on the body and is so comfortable that I ordered it again as a group. The people who ordered it with me also wear it like a school uniform. It’s a men’s size, so I wear it with a loose fit and I really like it. I wish there were some brighter and fresher colors, but since it’s a men’s size, they probably won’t be available. I’m also satisfied with the pretty embroidery.
