All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

I was worried what would happen if I ordered it and found it too thin and soft, but when I received it, I realized that the material I was thinking of was cotton. This is linen, so you can think of it as a material like a fairly thick linen shirt. I liked it because it wasn't too shaky, and I liked that I could make both sides feel different. Even though I don't have the skills to add my own design like others, I made my own custom bag using the designs provided by Marpple and various fonts :)

Ha, I really like it! It was also nice that you called in advance to find out what the printing condition would be like. I love that I can make products in small quantities using my own drawings! The site UI was also convenient and easy to use.

It was pretty as soon as I received it. The material is a bit thin, but since it is summer, I think it will be okay without feeling hot. My mom and friends say they want to buy it. I'm planning to reorder this too, just by slightly changing the logo on the back. I think the quality is much better because you can produce it as one piece first and then proceed with mass production after confirmation. Thank you for making Marpple so pretty.

It took about 8 days to ship. Delivery took one day. First of all, I am very satisfied with the printing! It came clearly and exactly as I ordered. Eco bags are ordinary eco bags of the same size that are commonly sold nearby. I think it would be nice to carry it around in the summer. The bag is so pretty that I want to go out and play as soon as the coronavirus is over:( Thank you for the beautiful product
