To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

There was a long padding that I wanted to make, and I ordered it because they said they could make it from 1 piece. Even though it's hard to make multiple shirts, it's hard to make long padding because of its volume, so I couldn't help but keep it in my mind, but I'm so happy that I'm making it like this!!! Even though it's just one piece, I was reassured because they contacted me over the phone and asked if I could adjust the position and if the material was okay. I think every day after I ordered it was a series of nervous excitement. I'm looking forward to the cold wave. You worked hard. Thank you for making it!

So pretty and warm :) When I first opened it, I was worried about the heat retention because it was a little thin, but as I saw in the review, the heat retention is excellent. However, the only thing that was a little disappointing was that one size XL had some finishing stitching (it could be roughly cut off with scissors), and the size L was a bit messed up, so I'm debating whether to buy just one piece separately because I'm just going to wear it. Since they are photographers, they carry a lot of equipment, so they comfortably padded their mouths. Everyone was satisfied with it, and I think they will stay warm this winter. I give it five stars.

I bought it before and am still wearing it well. Everyone liked how warm it was. Other people joined the company and purchased additional items. Decorating it is fun, but I'll do it later when I feel a desire to own it and my salary goes up.

1. Concern about size I was really worried about the size (I hate too boxy fits), but the long padding originally ran a bit large, so I ended up ordering a small. The result wasn't bad. I usually wear size 55 and medium tops. I ordered a S and it fits just right, not too tight or too boxy. (50 to 168) However, you may feel that the length is short as it falls above your knees, and if you don't like the tight fit when the zipper is all the way up to your neck, order one size larger. 2. You said that the pattern might be broken due to the low resolution, but it doesn't feel like it's broken at all and it's clear and pretty. 3. The thermal insulation is very good haha.

I liked that it printed well and seemed to keep warm well. However, it took a while because there were some parts of the clothes that were a bit loose and could be touched. Still, I am satisfied overall.

Yes... it's pretty.... The print quality is really, really good and it's very warm even when you go for a walk on a midwinter night. Honestly, I'm surprised how they sell a product like this at this price lol. The size is 160/48 and M, so it's a bit roomy so it's comfortable. It's high and the length is just right. If you're going to print a photo rather than a vector image made with illustrations, I think it'll look really pretty if you choose slightly brighter colors and higher saturation.
