Washing Method

  • Can be dry-cleaned or hand-washed separately.
  • When washing the printed product, turn it inside out and wash it in cold water.
  • When using an iron, place a clean cloth on ironing surface and then iron the printed product.
  • After washing, dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

I like it so much!! The quality of the t-shirt is good and I am very satisfied. However, delivery was a bit slow, perhaps due to the production period. I wish there were more colors for t-shirts. It's closer to an ivory color, but I wish there was an off-white color as well.

Here's how it looks with and without the bottom in order! I placed the design on the top to be altered or tucked in with a crop tee, but the size fit so well that I didn't need to alter it, so I just wore it. I was really worried that the colors would come out dark or washed out, but they came out exactly how I wanted them to! My only complaint is that I would have liked to print higher up, but the print area wasn't as high as I would have liked. I was worried the shirt would be too big, but it fit perfectly (see the sizing chart!). Overall, I'm very happy with the product.

I was worried about the size, but I am very satisfied 👍👍👍 It's a bit long, but I took it into consideration before ordering. It's okay because I ordered it. For some reason, the design seems to have been printed as if the colors were slightly toned down, but I think it should have been drawn more clearly. The material and size came out exactly as I wanted. I bought it in X-Large and it feels like I'm wearing a medium size off-the-shelf product like Uniqlo. I'm satisfied.

I ordered this to wear with my friends. I like it! Since size M was sold out, I thought size S would be no problem, so I ordered it. The armhole is a bit small for adult women. Still, the overall fit and shape are okay. I think I'll try m next time. What was disappointing was that when the t-shirt was small, the border on the design was about 2-3px. I wish I had been notified in advance before ordering that it would be included! Still, thank you for calling me before production and kindly guiding me. It's not noticeable enough to make my worries a bit pointless! thank you

I wish the printing part was a little higher. I did it because they said they would do it in a place where they usually do it, but it's a shame. When making a t-shirt, it will be easier to position it next time if you tell me how many centimeters the square area is from the neckline. Anyway, the texture of the t-shirt is good and I like it~

The print came out about 90% similar to the original image, but the t-shirt fabric felt a little rougher than expected. It is not a pattern that emphasizes the waist line, but falls almost straight from the chest to the hips. My hips are 92cm, but when I wear it over my clothes, the bottom hem is slightly tight because the fabric has no elasticity. (L size) I'll have to try Printstar 32 next time. I wear size 55 and like the tight style, but size L seems to be appropriate. (Chest size 46, shoulder width 36.7) It would be nice to have a variety of designs such as U-neck and V-neck as it is a slim t-shirt with a high waist line made of very high-quality material. I would like to expand the printable area as much as possible so that I can design more freely.
