Printing information
Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

This post is an honest review written after receiving a product as part of the Maple Supporters program.
The printing was excellent, and the running vest's functional utility was also fantastic. I think it would be great for hiking and trekking, not just running. I was also very pleased with the color choice, as it would be highly visible for nighttime running!

I made a custom running vest with the Running Crew logo!
I bought one to check the printing quality, but the vest itself is well-made and the printing is really good, so I like it.ㅎㅎ
I think it would be good for a group of running crews.
I shortened the vest straps from the basic version to fit my body, and it fits perfectly.
There are also a lot of storage spaces, so I think it would be good for trail running or marathon running~ I recommend it.

The weather has been getting warmer lately, so I bought my own custom running vest to go running. It fits well even when I carry my phone, wallet, water bottle, etc., so I don't feel uncomfortable while running. It's waterproof, so it absorbs sweat from my back quickly, and it's double-layered, so my wallet doesn't get wet. It has a lot of storage space, so I'm looking forward to trail running or light hiking.
