Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

The size is bigger than expected. Unless you are exceptionally tall or have a large build, I think size L is a safe choice for a comfortable oversized fit. Thanks to that, the female staff in our company loved it even more! The denim color was closer to a dark gray with a slight bluish tint; it didn't show skin tones as much as I thought and looked good on everyone. We printed our company mascot in big letters on the front of the shirt, and since the clothes are so good, it felt like a souvenir t-shirt. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I purchased these because I needed to produce t-shirts with the brand logo on both the front and back for a company pop-up event.
The production took quite a while longer than I expected. If you need to meet your event schedule, I recommend ordering well in advance!
I ordered a size L; the fit was slightly slim, while the length felt a bit long.
So, I think it would fit better on people with a long, slender waist.
Please keep this in mind if you are planning to produce custom t-shirts for an event!
