Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I ordered on Monday night and received it on Thursday! Even though the schedule for Thursday delivery was a bit unreasonable, the person in charge was so kind; they explained everything step by step and accommodated all my requests. Thanks to them, I was able to give a great gift to my family! It’s so cute because it features hand-drawn illustrations and embroidery :) I think I’ll be ordering a lot more from you in the future! It was a fun experience at a reasonable price!

I think it was a good decision to proceed with embroidery~ The quality is really good. The hat is listed as 100% cotton and it's black so it gets a bit dusty, but the design is pretty~~ I think it would suit both men and women!

I like the camp cap because it looks pretty as is. I regret putting the logo size a little bigger. I'll have to make it bigger next time I order. I was worried about choosing the embroidery color and went with the color I added, and I think it turned out well.

After seeing the notice that product production may be delayed due to a surge in orders, I contacted customer service, and I was very touched and grateful that they tried to meet the schedule as much as possible even though they were busy! Because it is printed using a printing method, it feels weaker than embroidery. I definitely want to try embroidery next time! I also have a rather large head, but it's not too small or weird. I think it would be perfect for those with a normal fit^^
