I requested a production completion date so I could cancel if it wasn't ready within the timeframe; while the response wasn't immediate, I received all feedback within two days. Fortunately(?), production was completed before my trip, and since in-person pickup was available, I was able to receive it even sooner. I made this because I knew I would miss my dog so much since I wouldn't be able to take him with me on a three-month long business trip, and I really love it!!

Nevertheless, they were printed cleanly in high quality, so I was able to take beautiful photos! I would like to use this service again next time.
