After some twists and turns, I have finally received the tumbler safely. I am very grateful for the calls and consultations from the manager along the way, which helped me change the color from black to ivory. The product quality is excellent, and removing the background to leave only the quiet lines makes it look very clean and pleasing. I happily look forward to the recipient liking it on the feast day.
