How to use the editor
1. If you upload an image with a background, the background color will also be printed. If you upload an image without a background, a white layer will be added only to the areas where the design exists.

2. Please fill the image up to the print area.

3. Please place your design inside the print area. Any image placed outside the area may be cut off during production.

4. The 2 mm margin outside the print area will not be printed.
- Please place all images, including borders, inside the print area.

5. Please make sure to check the image resolution.
- If a low-resolution image is enlarged, mosaic or blur may appear during printing. (Basic image file requirement: 300 dpi or higher)
- With Marpple, you can create your desired keyring from just 1 piece.
- Since each item is produced one by one, slight differences may occur between keyrings even when multiple pieces are ordered with the same image.

6. The front and back designs may show through each other.
- Due to the nature of transparent acrylic material, if the front and back designs are different or their positions are not aligned, the print on the opposite side may partially show through.

7. A front-and-back symmetrical design prints the cleanest.
- Since the front and back are printed in the upright direction on each side, asymmetrical designs may appear slightly misaligned along the edges. A left-right symmetrical layout creates the cleanest result.

8. Due to the difference in color mode, the screen color and the actual product may be slightly different.
- The screen viewed on a monitor or smartphone is a digital color that represents the color of the web in RGB color.
- The color of the key ring is CMYK color, which is a printable color that represents the actual color when printing
- Due to the difference between the two color modes, certain colors may look darker.
- In the case of special colors such as fluorescent and neon or black, the color displayed on the screen and the actual product color may be expressed differently.

Information about production
- Since all processes are automated, we do not provide guidance for separate requests or corrections.
- Minor print color differences of the same image and a slight image shift about 0.5mm are not applicable to the refund policy.
- Exchanges and refunds are not possible after the product is shipped, so please check once more before ordering.
