All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

When I first received it, I thought, "Isn't the color too bright?!?" But upon closer inspection, it's even prettier and more radiant under the sunlight♥ I had to order it sooner than I expected, so I apologize for rushing you during the production period. However, after speaking with the designer, she gave me a precise deadline and helped me pick it up at work right away, so I was able to use it meaningfully within the deadline. Ah, thank you so much. I said I would leave the prettiest review possible, and since you made it with such care, I will continue to use it well and use Maple often to promote it widely! ! Thank you again for making it so beautiful.

I made some friendship card stickers for my friends, and the vivid printing was truly impressive✨ But what touched me even more was when I placed an order that was slightly off the design guide 😅 While other companies often just go with the flow, Maple contacted me first 📞, explained the situation in detail, and then personally revised the design before making it! This is my first time making something with Maple, but the delivery was fast and the colors are really nice! I like Park Myeong-su so much,,, I made it into a card sticker, and everyone asked where I bought it. Kiki I feel proud because it feels like I made my own card. :) Unlike regular card stickers, the adhesive is good, but it doesn't leave a sticky residue? It feels like that. I didn't fill in the guidelines completely, but the lines came out neatly as I thought without any distortion. I'll use it well!! Thank you ^0^
