Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I wish you had included a zoom function when users design directly.
I edited and arranged each photo a little bit, but it's too hard to check the overlapping parts or the end processing of the photo itself.

I am very satisfied because it came in the way I wanted. It looks like they printed white first and then added color on top of it, so maybe that's why it's not a bright red like the preview, but in reality it's all red. I personally don't like it.
But the biggest charm is that it's a one-of-a-kind case. I even designed it myself!
The buttons press well and the finish is nice! The case itself is transparent and clean, so next time I should just order a transparent case.
It arrived exactly a week after I ordered it.

The finished quality is quite good!
However, after about 3-4 months,
it was baked like bread, perhaps due to the limitations of the jelly case ㅜㅠ The iPhone overheats a bit,
so it can't be helped. Please change the material a little bit.
I would appreciate it! But the quality is good, right? Have a drink~ Still, I think I'll keep using Maple. There's no other place that makes things as conveniently as this one, and the customer service is friendly.

I customized the iPhone case and smart talk with a fun design that I drew myself!! Since it was a drawing I drew myself, I was worried that the quality or color would not be good when printing, but when I actually received it, there was no problem at all and the printing quality was really good. ㅎㅎ It was so cute when I saw it in person ㅠㅠ I want to make several with similar designs and give them to people around me~~~

I tried it on my current phone.
It fits perfectly. The one I ordered before had a light yellow font, so it was a little faint.
This one is just yellow, so it stands out a little more even on a white background.
