Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I made this for my brother-in-law's 60th birthday event! I made it as a banner before, but it was thrown away after being used once, and the design was common because the company used several of them, so I didn't like it, but after making it, I really liked it, it's unique, and the quality is good, and since it's a blanket, I can use it continuously, so it's great🩷

It's so thick and cozy and I love it ㅎㅎ I was a little worried that the color of the design would come out dull because it's a pastel tone, but it came out so vivid and clean ㅎㅎ The printed surface is soft and the fur inside is extremely soft... It's really warm, so it's perfect for covering myself with at work ㅠ.ㅠ!! I've been using it for a week, and it's not a material that pills or looks like it'll get dirty easily, so I think I'll be able to use it for a long time >_< I'm so satisfied ㅎㅎ * This is a review written by an employee after actual use.
