This is the most popular size of Songwol towels.
It is a high-weight towel of 200g, thicker than regular towels.
Made from premium 40s combed cotton, 100% pure cotton, it is gentle on the skin.
As an OEKO-TEX certified product, it minimizes irritation to the body and can be used with confidence.

Product Caution

Production will proceed with embroidery printing.
This product allows embroidery work of up to 20 characters, including Korean, English uppercase and lowercase letters, and punctuation.
Only one color among 17 available embroidery colors can be used, and depending on the fabric folds and thread thickness, the letter lines may not be smooth.
Due to environmental conditions at the shooting location, the actual color of the model cut may differ.
Since embroidery is applied on a flexible product, the size may vary even with the same font size.
During manufacturing, there may be leftover threads, lint, or knots that were not removed. This is a common occurrence in the manufacturing process and does not constitute grounds for defect or return.

Washing Instructions

For Initial Washing
To prevent discoloration and deformation, dry cleaning is recommended for the first wash.
For localized hand washing of contaminated areas, use lukewarm water (below 30°C) with a neutral detergent as this product is prone to shape deformation due to washing.
Avoid using detergents containing bleach, dyes, chlorine, or fluorescent brighteners.
Avoid using a dryer as it may cause deformation of the product. After washing, please dry in a shaded area after a short spin-drying.

For Subsequent Normal Washing

We recommend washing on a delicate cycle at temperatures below 40°C.
Avoid vigorous washing as it may cause pilling.
Do not use fabric softeners or soda bleach, as they may reduce the towel's absorbency and contribute to lint and dust.
We recommend gentle hand washing and washing separately. Please separate dark and light colors.

A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.

Preparing Your Design File

You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.

Important Notes

The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.

Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
