All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I ordered it without knowing it was made of PU material🥲I don’t know how durable it is because I haven’t tried anything other than leather! Apple Watch Band (38/40mm) Purchased 38mm/40mm 제작 후기 I was really looking forward to ordering and receiving delivery, and I finally received it yesterday. My hands were shaking as I opened the package and checked the items... But actually, after opening the package and checking the strap, um... I paused for a moment. I was embarrassed because the color was much brighter than what I ordered. And as soon as you put it on the watch, it suddenly separates like that... so you're embarrassed. Fortunately, they put it back in place... I think the logo and design came out pretty. I took pictures of myself cooking and took pictures of myself wearing it on my wrist haha. I'm aware that there may be differences in color, so it's just a shame. I will use it well^^- 마플 리얼 후기
