All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.

This was my first blanket, so I was worried it wouldn't come out clear, but I'm so happy it came out so pretty! They kindly told me over the phone what needed to be fixed, and I felt like I could really trust them with it :) It's a little thin, but it feels soft and comfortable. The image appears to be a little darker than it appears on screen, so if you're making an overall dark image, I think it would be good to keep that in mind! The colors are vivid and pretty bb

It came out beautifully and with the quality I wanted. I was surprised that delivery was faster than expected. One drawback is that it is a bit thin to be called a blanket. It's a bit thin compared to the knee blanket I have at home. However, I am very satisfied with the production quality that reflects the desired image.

I applied by capturing it as a PowerPoint file rather than an illustration file, but they said the image quality may be damaged, so I asked if I could check a sample. They very kindly sent me a photo and the image quality came out clearly and without any loss. Everything went smoothly from application to delivery. Thank you so much and I think I will purchase it again. The photo is a before completion photo that was sent as a sample.

Absolutely beautiful ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ I ordered it to use as a Christmas gift that I bought with my own money, perfect for the end of December, and it's really good!!! The colors are alive!!^^ The dog took the lap blanket I was originally using... ㅜㅜㅋㅋㅋ It's covered in dog hair... ;; I have a new one I needed it. I don’t think my legs will get sore anymore^^

It's a bit thinner than I thought. I'm glad it's warm though. It's long enough to cover my shoulders and legs. I am satisfied that the part of the picture that I was concerned about came out well. Instead, the picture becomes funny depending on the direction of the hair. He is patting me well^^ Next time I want to make it in a larger size.
