All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

Honestly, did I order it wrong..? The material was so worn out. It's very thin (it's very see-through) and has a lot of wrinkles. It is a material that stretches your neck once you wear it. I think it would be good to wear as pajamas. But the printing is so pretty that I'm thinking of switching to a different type and reordering it. If you check this review, please select and order something other than this type.

It took about a week to produce based on the order date, and it was shipped on Friday evening, so I was able to receive it on Saturday lunch. I was skeptical as it was my first time ordering, but the quality was so much better than I expected that I will continue to order. The image printing on the front was done very neatly and the lettering on the back was also very satisfactory. The clothes were slightly damaged due to the intense exercise, but I am still very satisfied with the fabric and printing, so I plan to wear them a few more times and reorder them when I need them. I was very grateful that the counselor even delayed getting off work in the late evening to kindly answer my question.
