All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

The print is in good condition and is soft and thick. It's rolled up and has marks, but it looks like it will straighten out if left alone. However, when ordering, I thought the character would be cut off, so I deliberately filled it only to the inner dotted line instead of filling it to the outer dotted line. Maybe they enlarged it and filled it in, but because it was printed at a large ratio, a few small characters were cut out. Next time I order a similar product, I will make sure to write it down in the product production request to avoid something like that. Please post a sample example in the detailed description to see what difference there is when the inner and outer dotted lines are filled. I think it would be helpful when designing if you could tell me the size to the outer dotted line in addition to the size of the release mat (44.5*74).

The material was much softer and better than I expected!! I was a little regretting not filling in the edges completely, but when I received the actual product, I realized that I made a good decision not to fill it in. It's so pretty~!!

Poche's release kit! (This is also just a sample) Because there was hair, the printing was not clean. It was delivered dried. It came folded after being pressed by another object. Still, I unfolded it and it got a little better :)
