It is made using a laser engraving technique.
Due to the nature of laser engraving, it doesn't disappear even after extensive use and keeps its original appearance.
The degree of engraving may vary depending on the distance and intensity from the laser due to the round surface of the tumbler.
We advise you to submit files with no background (PNG).
Due to the nature of the engraving, it is difficult to represent images or text with a background.
As manufacture involves heat treatment, please avoid using microwaves, ovens, and dishwashers.
Clean well before using by thoroughly dissolving detergent in warm water.
Please be aware that if there is a significant impact or friction, the shape and surface could be destroyed.

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
