Notice

  • The distortion of the outside half may cause the printing to move by 1-2 cm due to the nature of the long and wide pad.
  • Depending on the lighting conditions at the shooting location, the product's color may appear distorted.
  • White images cannot be printed due to the nature of printing.
  • Please be advised that if the background is white, there may be some fabric contamination.
  • Please submit a 300 dpi picture. (It is now 150 dpi.)

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

받아봤으나 제품 상태가 별로임 받자마자 보이는 접힌 자국이 보이는데 ㄹㅇ 장패드 쓰면서 처음 봄 끝 부문은 모양새가 일정하지도 않아서 마감도 썩 좋다고 느껴지진 않음 오래 기다린 보람이 없는 듯 이걸 굳이 이 가격에?

세세하게 전화로도 연락주셔서 감사했습니다. 검은 선까지 채운 줄 알았는데 확인 전화까지 해주셔서 덕분에 이쁜 장패드가 만들어져서 행복합니당 생각보다 폭신폭신하고 색감이랑 밀림 현상이 많이 없어서 마플에서 주문하길 잘 한 것 같더라고요. 10개 가량 모두 이쁘게 도착했고 박스 안에 비닐로만 포장되어있을 줄 알았는데 하얀색 가방(?) 이라고 해야할 지 개별 포장으로 와서 정말 좋았습니다. (본 사진은 시청자가 촬영해주셨습니다.)

솔직히 이정도까지 차이날 줄은 몰랐어요 기존에 기본 장패드 사용하고있었는데 너무 심심했네요 내가 좋아하는 글, 그림, 내 아이들 사진까지 포함된 장패드 만드니까 정말 컴퓨터 앞이 밝아진 느낌이에요 ※ 디자인 난이도는 파일첨부만 할 줄알면 하는정도 ※ 두께감과 재질은 일반적이고 프린팅 퀄리티 좋음 ※ 디자인에 필요한 프로그램 홈페이지 제공 전 아이들사진 누끼따기해서 제가 좋아하는 그림에 넣었는데 완전 맘에 들었습니다. 와이프 컴퓨터 자리에도 하나 만들어 줄 생각입니다. 선물로도 좋을것같아요~

너무 잘 만들어주셔서 감사합니다!! 제가 디자인 공부용으로 장패드를 활용해볼까 해서 만들었는데 파일 업로드 하니 친절히 전화주셔서 팬톤컬러가 실제로 잘 구현이 안될수도 있다라고 말씀주시더라구요. 물론 진짜 팬톤컬러로 작업하진 않았지만!! 꼼꼼히 확인도 해주시고 친절하게 전화주셔서 감동이었습니다 ㅎㅎ 일주일 정도 기다렸는데 너무 잘 나와서 좋았습니다.. ㅎㅎ 배송받고 보이는 오탈자에 왼쪽 눈물 한방울 저녁 8시가 넘어서 전화주신 것에 오른쪽 눈물 한방울 흘렸습니다...ㅜㅜ 주변에 선물용으로 만들기도 좋은 것 같아요 ㅎㅎㅎ 앞으로 더 번창하시길 빌게요!! 이제 또 뭘 만들지 고민해봐야 겠습니다..ㅎㅎ
