Printing information
Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

Slip-on custom products, can they be made pretty? I was a little worried when I ordered them, but I am really satisfied beyond my expectations!
I filled them with photos of my family dog and decorated them with sky blue and heart patterns, and when I received them, both the dog photos and colors were expressed clearly, so they came out really well.
Everything except the sole of the slip-on can be designed, and the overall design is so pretty and well-made that it is a complete custom shoe!
I usually wear size 235, and the slip-on S size 240 fit me comfortably. The product itself was really comfortable to wear.
Thanks to the unique convenience of slip-ons, they are easy to put on and take off, and the shoes are light and comfortable on the feet. The flexible and durable material makes them great as daily shoes!
This is a custom product that I really, really want to recommend. I recommend it to anyone who wants to make their own unique shoes or to give a really special gift.
I bought these as walking shoes to wear with my dogs twice a day, and I am so excited! I'll make a happy walking path 🏃🏻♀️✨
