All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Champion Classic Washed Twill Cap Purchased One 제작 후기 The hat material is good!! Because the embroidery surface is wide, it can be done in one go. It didn't work and it came partially divided (it's the logo). Make the wall a little smaller so it doesn't split. I'll have to take another sample. The person who received the reception was kind and helpful several times. Thank you for calling to confirm. Embroidery costs an additional 10,000 won... (this seemed a bit expensive) - 마플 리얼 후기
