All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

사실 첫번째 구매하고 나자마자 하루인가 이틀 지나고나서 한번 더 구매를 했습니다! 사실 첫번째는 좀 믿음이 안가 테스트겸 주문을 해봤는데요 너무 퀄이 좋아서 제가 제일 좋아하는 버튜버로 조금 더 개성있게 커스텀을 해서 주문을 해봤습니다!! 너무 퀄이 좋고 잘 찍힌거같아 매우 만족 합.니.다! 다른데서 케이스 사지 마시고 그냥 여기서 자신이 좋아하는걸로 커스텀을 해서 주문해서 쓰세요! 그게 제일 백배났네요.... 밖에서 파는 z플립5 케이스는 잘못하면 힌지부분에 무리를 주기 때문에 쓰다 말았는데 이 케이스는 힌지부분이라던가 맞물리는 부분이 없어서 안정적으로 쓸 수가 있어서 좋네요! 괜찮은 버튜버 일러스트가 나온다면 한번 더 주문을 할 수도 있겠네요!!! 많이 파세요!!!

개인적으로 좋아하는 게임 페르소나 시리즈가 리메이크 되어서 더 재미있게 했었는데 국내 모바일게임들이 뭐 콜라보액세서리팩 같은거 파는거 보다가 아틀라스 회사가 국내 갤럭시폰이랑 해줄리는 없고 해서 직접 마크들 따고 편집해서 만들었는데 , 아크릴 인쇄나 이런건 개인이 하기 힘들어서 찾다가 마플찾고 제작신청 이쁘게 잘 나오긴 했는데 멍청하게 범퍼케이스에다 한다는게 장바구니 담아놓고 일반 하드케이스에 해버렸음 ㅠ... 다만 하드케이스 자체도 위아래가 다 뚫려있는데다 장착시 폰의 액정보다도 케이스 측면이 한참 낮아서 낙하시 액정박살 확정이라 , 하드케이스 사용하실분들은 기스 완화및 디자인케이스로 알고 주문하셔야할듯

배송이 이틀만에 왔어요... 옛날에는 한 5일정도 걸렸었는데 깜짝 놀랐어요 ㅋㅋ 근데 개인적으로는 무광이라고해서 모래서격거리는 느낌의 고급진 무광일줄 알았는데 그냥 진짜 무광 플라스틱느낌이라 고급스럽기는 유광이 더 고급질거같아요 ㅋㅋ 그래도 그건 개인취향이고 제작속도랑 인쇄 퀄리티 다 너무 좋습니다.
