Washing Method

  • Can be dry-cleaned or hand-washed separately.
  • Due to the nature of silk/printed products, you must turn the clothes inside out and wash them in cold water.
  • When using an iron, place a clean cloth on ironing surface and then iron the printed product.
  • After washing, dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

후하 첫 구매를 두벌 샀기때문에 두 번째 후기네용 ㅎㅎ 마플 첫 이용해봤는데 퀄리티도 좋고 너무 뿌듯합니다!! 산책나가서 찍은 사진으로 이렇게 세상에 하나밖에 없는 옷을 만들었다는 사실이 믿기지가 않아요.. 얼른 옷 받고싶어서 방문수령으로 받아보자마자 리뷰씁니다ㅎㅎ 결제완료부터 제작완료까지(방문수령 가능일) 일주일 정도 걸렸고, 시간이 아깝지 않을 정도의 만족입니다 👍🏻👍🏻 단지 좀 아쉬운 것은 사진, 텍스트의 크기나 위치가 어느정도가 보편적인지도 레이아웃 잡을 때 있었으면 좋겠습니다! 이게 도저히 감이 안오더라구용,,🥲 다행히도 제작단계에서 전화주셔서 위치만 변경해주실 수 잇다하여 보편적인 위치로 옮겨달라고 말씀드리긴 해서 좋은데 크기는 변경이 안된다고 하시기에 이 부분을 고객이 레이아웃 잡을 때 도움이 되도록 샘플 폰트 크기와 사진크기를 투명하게 비추는 모드가 있던지.. 하면 싶습니다! 아무튼 너무 만족스러워서 후기도 이렇게 작성하구 또 주문하려고 합니다ㅎㅎㅎ 옷 뿐만 아니라 가방 소품등 다른 제품들도 너무 궁금하네요! 앞으로 종종 애용할 것 같아요~!
