• Can I change my store name?

    Currently the store name cannot be changed on Marpple as it functions as your unique identifier. You can delete your Marpple account and create a new one with the desired username.

  • Can I get the URL of my store?

    Each store has a unique URL which cannot be edited or re-used for a new store.

  • Can I offer multiple designs in one store?

    You can create a store which allows you to feature selected products on one page. Your customers can thus view and place orders for your products on one storefront. They can also purchase several products in one order.

  • Can I add or remove products from my store?

    Once your store is up and running, you can edit the title, description, and the default design preview. If customers are purchasing your products, you cannot change or delete your products and designs. If you want to edit the design, pricing, or add or remove products, you will need to create a new product or clone the original.

  • What if a customer contacts me?

    Whilst we keep all of your personal details under lock and key, from time to time you may be contacted by a person who has purchased your work and has a question.
    If for any reason, someone who has purchased one of your Marpple works needs to chat with us, please ask them to contact us directly1:1 Chat.Once we’ve spoken to the person who placed the order we can straighten things out with them directly in no time.
